Borrowers must have completed at least one ground-up project within the past 36 months. If you lack recent experience, partnering with a licensed general contractor who has a verifiable track record can strengthen your application and improve your approval chances.

A licensed General Contractor is required for most ground-up projects. Owner-builders can qualify with strong experience.

Draws are released on a monthly or milestone basis after an inspector signs off on completed work.

Yes — most clients refi into a DSCR loan once the property is rent-ready.
